EXTRADITION
All extradition proceedings originate from our local Court, City of Westminster Magistrates’ Court. We have longstanding and extensive experience in this field. Warrants of extradition can be sought from any country with which the UK has a corresponding agreement, but several obstacles have to be overcome before an extradition can take place.
